Which vehicles are compatible?
Vehicles with an OBD-II port, typically gasoline models from 1996 onward. Exact compatibility depends on make, model, and the protocol the vehicle exposes; we confirm it during the demo or when you pair the vehicle.
Do I need professional installation?
No. It is plug and play — connect it to the OBD-II port under the steering column. It takes less than 30 seconds.
What does the monthly subscription include?
Karvia Pro: real-time OBD-II, GPS and geofences, Health Score 360°, Morpheus, documents + OCR, unlimited AI copilot (web dashboard), and priority support. 4–10 devices is Fleet Starter; 11+ Fleet Professional adds in-house workshop, routes, and MCP.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free within Mexico, usually 3 to 7 business days. For deliveries outside Mexico, contact the team before ordering and we will confirm options and timing.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes. At 5 devices or more the hardware drops to $149 per device (from $199), and the subscription starts at $44 per device per month, down to $35 at 26+ devices.
Which currency am I charged in?
On the English shop, Stripe checkout charges USD (US). On the Spanish shop (/shop), checkout charges MXN (Mexico). Canonical Mexico list prices are always shown in MXN on /pricing.
